CommuniTel was established in 2003 to bid for the 51% strategic equity partner stake in Neotel. It was subsequently awarded a 12.5% stake, via a 24.5% stake in SEPCo.

MKMVA: MKhonto We Sizwe Military Veterans Associations registered in the Republic of South Africa.
Telecom Namibia: Telecom Namibia Limited registered in Namibia.
