Managelink is a tool, which allows telephone accounts to be managed.  It provides users with secure, password-controlled access to their telephone account. The telephone account is analysed, providing statistics that identify:

  • The top telephone users
  • The most frequently dialled numbers
  • Telephone calls with the longest duration

Because ManageLink delivers almost real time telephone call information, differences might occur between the data delivered by ManageLink and the static view that is provided on one’s telephone account. The printed account remains the official invoicing document used by Neotel.
