NeoPresence Public Rooms offer an accessible and cost-effective means to utilise our immersive Telepresence solution. The Public Room TelePresence facility is open to the general public and can be reserved by anyone on a pay per use model. NeoPresence public rooms can connect to any of our 48 other global public rooms. Rooms are available in some of these international cities around: Chicago, Boston, Santa Clara, London, Mumbai, New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Manila and Sydney. See below for a full list of locations. It’s easy to book and pay for public room conferences. If you know this is a facility you will use regularly, talk to us about making a bulk purchase.
Public Room Pricing
Room Rates
Telepresence meetings at Neotel’s public Telepresence room are priced at R 4,400.00 per hour per room for global meetings and R 1750 per hour per room for local meetings. Pricing for other locations around the world is provided below. As an option, you may pre-pay for multiple conferences. Discounts for the prepayment of conferences are indicated in the table below.

Payment options
Two payment options are available. For the pay-as-you-use option, payment should be made in advance via EFT. Postpaid payment is available by signing a COF (Customer order form) with Neotel.
